ZOOM: Wednesday, 10 June, 9.30am - 12.30pm

• Let’s start at the beginning - getting you set up and off the blocks.
• We’ll sort you out with accounts on all relevant (to you) social media platforms.
• We’ll show you how to switch from personal to business accounts and what that means.
• We’ll take baseline metrics on your accounts for comparison at the end of the course.
• We’ll show you some cool tools so you can measure the effectiveness of yours and others’ accounts.
• We’ll work with you on devising your social personas and strategy.
• In the practical part of the session, we’ll deep dive into “Feed, Stories and Live” showing you the how's, where's and when's of all.

• Bots and WhatsApp - The New Frontier for marketing and they way to get the best open rates with minimal effort
• You will work on your own bot and WhatsApp campaign!
